Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a non-invasive therapy that produces rapid, effective and long-lasting results for clients, usually within minutes.
It was created in the 1970’s by Dr Roger Callahan, an American Psychotherapist who came across it by accident while treating a client for the fear of water.
It involves tapping on certain acupressure points on the face, hands and body (under arm and collarbone) while the client thinks about or feels the problem or issue. Incredibly, over 90% of clients will feel a release of symptoms within minutes, no matter how long they may have had the issue.
Since becoming qualified in TFT I’ve used it with 100’s of clients, colleagues and friends to treat Guilt, Anger, Shame, Fears and phobias, Jealousy, Anxiety, Stress, Post traumatic stress disorder and more, but the one thing that still amazes me is its ability to treat physical symptoms like Period Pain, Hangovers, Headache and Stomach issues.
TFT was the therapy of choice for the U.N. in Rwanda, Bosnia, Haiti and many more places that have experienced mass shock or trauma.
